Executive Chef Nicole Roarke is the Executive Chef at Heneghan’s Tavern in Point Lookout, NY. She is a honors graduate of the prestigious French Culinary Institute, where the famous Master Chef Jacque Pepin resides as Dean. Chef Nicole’s food is as passionate and well-rounded as her professional career. Having succeeded in every position in both restaurants and hotels from waitress to the Banquet Manager, from Line Cook to the Executive Sous Chef, Chef Nicole continues to climb the culinary ladder.
Joan Starkey of the New York Times describes Nicoles food as not typical pub grub, saying: “The dishes are well-prepared American standards, all with interesting accompaniments”. Starkey goes on to say: “Soups are the stars of the appetizer roster. The New England clam chowder was rich, creamy and loaded with fresh-tasting ingredients: abundant clams, slices of red bliss potatoes, celery and corn”.
Chef Nicole may be seen regularly on Rob Petrone’s Restaurant Hunter on FIOS 1 television where she has appeared numerous times. In 2104, Nicole also appeared on the Food Network series “American Diner Revival.” In February, 2016 Chef Nicole appeared on Beat Booby Flay: Season 7, Episode 5 — “A Feather in Your Cap.”
